What are your delivery hours and estimated arrival times?

We operate during standard retail hours, typically from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Most local orders are delivered within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your distance from our partner stores.

Do I need to show identification upon delivery?

Yes. By law, a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 years of age or older must be presented to the courier. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?

Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered and the seal is broken. If your order was damaged during transit, please contact support immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For security reasons, our drivers do not carry cash and cannot accept cash payments upon delivery.

Is there a minimum order requirement for delivery?

Do you deliver to hotels or public parks?

We deliver to residential addresses and hotels (where you must meet the driver in the lobby). We cannot deliver to public parks, schools, or government buildings due to local licensing restrictions.
