Unique cooking method is to combine the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and our stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. Butterscotch, powdered sugar, whipped cream, vanilla, grilled pineapple, Meyer lemon, full agave, vegetal, fresh grass, coffee grinds, earth, tobacco leaf, creamy, and a silky mouthfeel.
